Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  1. All orders are subject to payment verification.
  2. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and summary.
  3. We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9 AM and 5 PM SAST.

2. Payment Terms

  • We accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) only.
  • Full payment must be received—and funds must have cleared into our account—before any products are dispatched.
  • Our bank details are provided on your invoice and in the order confirmation email.
  • Please use your Order Number as the payment reference to ensure prompt processing.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship via reputable couriers (e.g., The Courier Guy, Dawn Wing).
  • Standard ground delivery is used for all items.
  • If you require a specialized service (express, freight, white-glove), please contact us for a custom quote prior to ordering.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout: shipping fees are determined by package weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • You’ll see the exact shipping charge before you complete payment.
  • If you select freight or express services, any additional fees will be added and clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days from the date your payment clears.
  • Express Shipping (by arrangement): 1–3 business days once dispatched.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier delays.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:
    • Courier name
    • Tracking number and link
    • Expected delivery date
  • Track your package directly on the courier’s website.

7. Failed Deliveries & Address Changes

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
  • If delivery fails (e.g., no one home, incorrect address), a redelivery or collection fee may apply.

8. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  1. Inspect all packages upon receipt.
  2. Report any damage, missing items, or discrepancies within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of packaging and damaged item(s)
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. International Shipping

  • We currently ship only within South Africa.
